Every plan is a one-time setup plus monthly usage, quoted per product family. The setup covers your component catalogue, engineering standards, title blocks and data migration.
Yes. The first product family is included in your plan. Additional products can be configured at extra cost, and a product in the same family comes at a 30–50 % reduction, because most of the engineering work is already done and is reused wherever it can be.
Yes. Any product can be brought into the same configurator. It is charged as a new product automation module, because a completely different product means new engineering rather than reuse of what is already built.
Unlimited on the configurator. Operations modules such as production, quality, procurement and after-sales are licensed per named user, because those roles need an individual audit trail anyway: a QC sign-off has to be attributable to a person. Logins survive a quiet period, so nobody has to be re-created when you come back.
Nothing stops. You are told when you pass 80 %, and an overrun is an invoice line rather than a locked door, so an engineer with a bid due at 5pm can always issue. Your allowance resets every month, so a busy month can never consume the whole year. If you need more, you can buy extra credits or move up a plan, and the extra is billed monthly on what you actually used.
By what leaves the building, not by who is logged in. Your plan carries a monthly allowance of issued projects, and the AI co-pilot has its own allowance counted separately. Configuring, previewing and revising stay free, so nobody is ever charged for getting a board right. You are told when you pass 80 % of an allowance, and it resets every month.
No. Everything you put in, and everything the platform produced from it, is yours to take, including your component database, vendors, clients and inventory, your engineering standards and methodology, your title blocks and labour rates, and every project, board, BOM, calculation sheet and drawing, exported in open formats whenever you ask. What you have already issued stays valid permanently.
Yes. The platform stays available and every user login keeps working. Billing follows use: when you issue work you are charged for it, and when you are not issuing, your data stays exactly where it is for a small retention and storage fee until you pick it up again.
Yes. We build a custom API to your requirement, whether that is an ERP, CRM, PLM or a shop-floor system, scoped and quoted per integration on top of your plan.
